Nordictrack X7i Incline Trainer
I used the Nordictrack Incline Trainer X7i to train for an outdoor race that I ran. It was very helpful because I was able to run the race on the machine before hand and know what I was getting myself into. It was great to be able to know the terrain I would be facing and also the exact distances of the hills. With this I was able to pace myself and know how fast I should be running. The machine is very durable, I am about 250 and ran up to 10 miles at a time on it and it held up great with no sign of problems. Great machine, very satisfied with my purchase.

I absolutely believe in incline training. I've seen awesome results with the people I train on The Biggest Loser, and I use it as part of my own workout.
Here's why:
Incline training is more efficient than other aerobic exercises. At just 25% incline, and 2 mph, you’ll burn 3 times the calories compared to walking on a level surface. When you increase the incline to 40% you’re burning 5 times the calories, just by walking. That’s why I use it with the contestents on TV. Incline training works, and it’s fast.
