Treadmill Incline vs Hills

So for my Ragnar training I have a leg where I have to run over 4 miles at a roughly 15% incline. So I decided to test how realistic it was from running outside on a actual hill to on the Incline Trainer. I was really suprised how similar it felt, give you do have supports on the Incline Trainer to help you but I tried not to use those and it was really good practice for actually going up a hill. Verdict the X7i Incline Trainer will allow you to simulate almost any terrain you can find outside!
