Ragnar on the X7i

So I ran the Ragnar Relay Series Wasatch Back on the X7i Incline Trainer this weekend. It was a workout definately! It got up to a 20% incline in some spots, it was a good workout.

The Ragnar

Last night I set up my Ifit Live account so that I could run the Ragnar leg of the Wasatch Back that I have to run on Saturday. It was really good to know before hand exactly what I am going to be doing and how diffucult that will be. It was tough up to 20% incline at some spots. But I am glad I have that luxury of doing it before hand. The picture above shows the incline change throughout the whle workout.

Nordictrack X7i Incline Trainer

I am still using the X7i to train for the Ragnar Wasatch Back. I really enjoy it and its not just a Incline Trainer if that is what you are thinking. This is my favorite treadmill that I have been on so far. The cushioning is just right and feels great. The features it has are hands down the best, how much else cooler can you get than creating your own Google Map with Ifit Live and simulate running anywhere in the world?

Commercail ZS

The Nordictrack Commercial ZS is a great machine, I just tried it out and it has a big enough motor for me at 240 lbs and felt really good. It is last years model so right now is on a great sale price and as soon as it is sold out there are no more left. Hurry up and take advantage.

Nordictrack Pathfinder

I recently tried out the Nordictrack Pathfinder it is a reall good machine especially if you have any joint problems. It utilizes a new shock system that makes it smoother and virtually no impact when in use. The shock system also stimulates more muscle making your legs stronger, tighter and lean faster than any other elliptical. I was impressed with the machine.

Ifit Live

A really neat feature that new Proform Treadmills as well as Nordictrack Ellipticals and Treadmills have. It allows you to create your own trails and simulate running anywhere in the world.
